RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with current regulations in the European Union and Spain, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into through our website, www.chupscomfort.com, within 14 calendar days without providing any justification.
The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day the customer or a third party indicated by them, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify their decision to withdraw from the contract via an unequivocal statement sent by email to info@chupscomfort.com. The communication must include:

2. Conditions for Exchanges and Returns
Product Condition: To be eligible for an exchange or return, the product must be in its original condition: unopened, unused, unwashed, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging, including accessories, manuals, and accompanying documentation.
Excluded Products: Exchanges or returns will not be accepted for products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or show evident signs of use, wear, or deterioration.
Inspection of Condition: CHUPS reserves the right to inspect the condition of the product before proceeding with a refund or exchange. If the product does not meet the stated conditions, the procedure will be rejected, and the product will be returned to the customer, who will bear the associated costs.
3. Procedure for Exchanges and Returns
Request: The customer must send an email to info@chupscomfort.com within the stipulated period, indicating their intention to exchange or return the product and providing the detailed information listed above.
Confirmation: Once the request is received, CHUPS will confirm receipt and provide the customer with precise instructions for shipping the product.
Product Shipping: The customer must send the product to the address indicated by CHUPS, fully bearing the shipping costs. It is recommended to use a certified courier service that offers tracking and delivery guarantees.
Review and Acceptance: Upon receiving the product, CHUPS will verify its condition. If the product meets the stated conditions, the corresponding exchange or refund will be processed. Otherwise, the customer will be informed of the reason for non-acceptance.
4. Refunds
Refund Period: CHUPS will refund the corresponding amount to the customer within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date the product is received and its condition verified.
Refund Method: Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the customer in the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Deductions: CHUPS reserves the right to deduct any decrease in the product's value if it has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, or functionality.
5. Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility: The shipping costs incurred for exchanges or returns will be fully borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors attributable to CHUPS.
Recommendation: Customers are advised to retain the shipping receipt for potential claims.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases, as stipulated in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16:

Unsealed products that are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons and that have been unsealed after delivery.

Customized products or products made to the consumer's specifications.

Goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.

Digital content not provided on a tangible medium once execution has begun with the consumer's express consent.
7. Legal Guarantees
CHUPS is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the product, in accordance with applicable regulations. The customer must notify CHUPS of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
